Mega Machine Co., LTD. began in 1980 specializing and producing band saw machines, NC circular saw machines, thread rolling machines and optic lens machines. Their goal to satisfy the global market and maintain good customer service led Mega to set up a second factory which occupied over 800 square meters. Having over 20 years experience, the R & D team is experienced and a strong team. They have been successful at finding solutions in screw, gear rolling, steel cutting, quartz, ceramics and optic lens grinding. Mega Machine Co., LTD won the recognition of customers and received the international ISO‐ 9002 and the ISO‐9001. They also passed the CE certification in 2002.

Mega Machine Co., LTD believes that thread rolling with two rolling dies in the machine is an effective cold forging process and it forms the fiber of the metal rather than cutting it. The advantage of this process is not only the most rapid and accurate method of producing commercial threaded screws in large quantities but also the greater tensile strength, shear strength and resistance produced with this method over the cutting process. Mega strives to keep up with up‐to‐date technology in designs, modifying their thread rolling machines to meet the demand of the automotive industry, machinery industry and many other up and coming industries.
