Top Precision Machine Company was originally created for the purpose of making conventional single die double blow machines. After several years in the market, Top identified that there was heavy competition in the market for this type of product. Top Precision Machine Company came up with the idea that if they could re-feed cold form blanks into an open die Reheader, they could not only save money by saving the material that would otherwise be thrown away in the shaving process, but they could also manufacture these parts at 10 times the speed of shaving or turning. Until now the only way to produce these parts was by shaving or a secondary machining process and this was not only wasteful but very slow. They now build a state of the art bowl and/or rack fed Reheading machine which allows the user to make a huge variety of parts. Parts can now be made on a conventional header or parts former and then re-fed into the Reheader and form two additional blows to the part allowing the user greater flexibility to make a vast variety of shapes and recesses to opposite end parts and other geometries. Top Precision specializes in designing, developing, building and supporting bowl fed Double Blow Reheaders. Reheading is the fastest growing segment of cold forming manufacturing in Taiwan.
