The Sanmei Works Co., LTD THI-AV Washer Assembly Unit single and double Washer Assembly Units is simply the fastest most efficient and dependable washer assembly unit in the world. This machine can easily go from a single to double washer assembly unit in minutes. Complete change over's can be done in less than half an hour. This original Sanmei designed washer assembly unit also has a self correcting jam mechanism. In the event of a jammed part the dial will recoil and to free the jam on its own and continue to run at its production speed. These machines are capable of running single washer assembly at speeds of up to 350 PPM and double washer assembly units at 300PPM. The machine is also equipped with a linear straight feeder that connects the washer assembly unit to the thread roller rail system. This linear straight feed system is configured with an adjustable top rail that will ensure that any bolts that are missing washers never reach the threader. The THI-AV has a variable speed inverter and is equipped with a blank separator for longer work.
