The Sanmei Works Co., LTD THI-SRD Planetary Thread Rolling Machines are designed for specifically manufacturing high volume, high speed precision fasteners. Capable of achieving speeds of up to 1100 PPM these highly stable rotary action rolling machines provide smooth in-feed and can be changed over quickly and easily. The THI-SRD machines are available in size ranges from M6 to M8 (SRD 80), M8 to M12 (SRD 120), M12 to M16 (SRD 160) and M16 to M22 (SRD 220). These machines can be set up with AV type Single and Double Washer Assembly Units as well as our dual action high speed Vibratory Bowl.
