Mega Machine Co., LTD offers the PR-30A/PR-60A forming machine is designed for thread rolling on thin pipes and tubes. This machine is equipped with three of the same size rolling shafts and it needs three rolling dies to operate while roll forming. These three shafts are able to swivel and this ensures optimum capacity when making threads and axially parallel profiles in the thru-feed process. The machine also has the capacity to make short cylindrical parts (especially thread pins) in this thru- feed process. When using this special thru-feed process it is necessary to do automatic feed. This machine can also be used in the in-feed process with parallel axis, the length of the product to be rolled depends on the width of the rolling dies. There is no axial movement of the workplace. Tapered pipe threads (PF, FT series) forming are the most common applications by this machine.
