The Sanmei Works Co., LTD THI-R2000 Thread Roller is designed to be our high speed M10 to M12 Thread Roller. Its unique design addresses the issue of machine balance at high production speeds. By taking the fly wheel from the top of the back of the machine and moving it to the lower front of the machine the weight and the inertia of the fly wheel now stabilizes the machine as opposed to creating an out of balance situation. The second beneficial by product of this design change is that the ram is being pulled through the stroke as opposed to being pushed through the stroke. This eliminates the buckling of the pitman arm during aggressive rolling operations and creates a smooth and steady action during the rolling process. This machine is ideally suited for the rolling of difficult materials, after heat treat rolling and aggressive roll forming applications. THI-R2000 is also fitted with a pitch alignment system by eccentric cam, two independent lubricating systems and an independent jog motor.
