The Sanmei Works Co., LTD THI-10R Flat Die Thread Roller was developed to provide a platform for automatic thread rolling for bolts, screws as well as headless double ended studs in a size range from M8 to M10. All machines have variable speed control by an all digital inverter system. This system offers the advantage of an excellent sine wave, high torque, motor protection and superior responsiveness. The THI-10R can also be used for roll forming when equipped with the optional carbide lined precision fitted ram slide. This machine can be configured in many ways by choosing our wide range of peripheral equipment like our inline unit with an AV Type washer Assembly Unit, SBT Type Orientating Stud Feeding Unit or with our dual action Vibratory Bowl. Set up settings are easily produced by digital gauges that monitor the die block position. The two finger starter system on the THI-10R allows for the most precise introduction of the blank to the roll dies while the separator finger keeps the weight of the blanks off the blank that is going to be rolled. When isolating each individual blank being threaded the best quality threads can be guaranteed.
