The THI-R875 Thread Rolling Machine is a culmination of Sanmei Works Co., LTD latest technology. This high speed thread roller which is suited for M6 to M8 blanks can produce parts consistently and efficiently at speeds of up to 300PPM. The machine is equipped with a lightweight cast aluminum ram that is designed to diffuse heat and reduce wear. The quick change three finger starter system is a major contributor to the machines high efficiency rate. The three finger quick change finger system consists of a separator which isolates the blank to be threaded; a transfer finger transfers the blank to the center of the dies and an inline pusher system to start the blank at a zero angle into the threading dies. This machine features a low gravity point for excellent balance at high speed operation. The machine comes standard with our precision fitted carbide lined ram slide, two independent lubricating systems, air brake, and a quick change finger system and powered by a gearless direct power stepless motor controlled by vari-drive. This machine can be configured in many ways by choosing our wide range of peripheral equipment like our inline unit with an AV Type washer Assembly Unit, SBT Type Orientating Stud Feeding Unit or with our dual action Vibratory Bowl.
