CCM Machinery Co., LTD offers the PSC series with 2, 3 and 4 AVT digital camera options which enhance our field of view thus increasing our ability for a more precise and efficient sort. The PSC-2500 series is a conveyor type inspection system. This machine feeds from a vibratory feeder into a track system and then onto the conveyor system. The parts then travel through the linear conveyor system and through various stages of inspection by the cameras. These parts are then analyzed and compared to the specifications from the customer's requirements or blue prints and the machine then determines if the product is in accordance with the specifications that were provided. If the part is in non-conformance, the machine will send the part to the reject chute. If however the part is in conformance or within specification it is allowed to pass into the good chute. This is all done at speeds of 100 to 400 PPM depending on the part configuration and the sort criteria. This machine is specifically designed to sort non standard fasteners such as: nuts, washers, bushings, stampings, oil seals, plastic components and pins with a diameter range of 10mm to 35mm and a height range of 2mm to 25mm. In addition, with CCM's multiple camera options we can add our Y function patented 360 degree crimp detection system along with our patented X Function which will allow us to sort 360 degree internal thread damage. The PSC-2500 series can sort for all the following criteria: - Multiple height

- Across corners
- External diameters
- Internal diameters
- Thread presence
- Surface discontinuity
- Chips in the hole
- Weld point quality
- Head crack
- Chamfer
