The Jern Yao parts formers can be built with 5, 6, and 7 forming stations which can be utilized to manufacture the most complex parts. The universal transfer system has 4 styles of transfer mechanisms (straight across, rotating, up and down-open and close and up and down-open and close rotating. These transfer styles have been designed to be modular, which allows the riser to move any transfer cartridge style to any station as dictated by the parts progression. These powerful machines are available in size ranges from M5 to M45 and also available on these machines are our quick change tool pack which allows the operator to set up the next job outside the machine while the machine is still running on the current job. The Jern Yao parts former utilizes state of the art technology and offers digital motorized wire stop adjustment which helps the operator achieve a fast and precise cut-off length. The digital motorized knockout (KO) length adjustment and the digital motorized feed length adjustment save time and ensure repeatability during tooling change overs. These machines are fitted with punch knockout (KO) trimming capabilities, piercing and stripping abilities.
