Absolent offers a full range of filtering systems. The ODF 6000 F as with all the Oil Mist Filter Systems pull contaminated air into the inlet in the lower section of the filter unit and then passes it through an Absolent filter and then most of the oil particles are arrested. Before the filter will become saturated with oil, the oil will drain down into the bottom of the unit and then serves as a collection vessel. The oil then goes back into the machine to a receptacle or to a central purification system. Air passes through an additional Absolent filter where the particles that remain are filtered out through a HEPA filter to the external fan. Generally the air is so clean that it can be returned directly to the premises. Using this system will help avoid all of these issues and make the work place safer and healthier.
