PointMaster Pinch Point Machine is available in various sizes and utilizes many state of the art features that allow the user to control numerous aspects of the manufacturing environment. These features, some of which are patented, provide the operator the highest level of control along with ease of adjustment. These features are usually seen on machines that are twice the cost of the PointMaster unit. The redesigned front clutch and disk brake unit is the only design of its kind that can stop the machine in a single stroke when an abnormal condition occurs in the pointing area even at speeds over 400 PPM. The strength and structure of the carrying head and its supportive axle enables stable revolutions from the shortest part (9.5mm) to the longest part (210mm) with equal stability, speed and support. Smooth feeding of the parts are ensured on the PointMaster Pointing Machine by integrating a specially designed GENEVA wheel structure that monitors the feeding parts and can detect a mis-feeding condition. Integrated with the vibrating track system, the PointMaster Pointing Machines are capable of reaching speeds of up to 600 PPM for certain parts.
