Fu Wei motorized wire stand addresses a common problem experienced when manufacturing parts from small diameter wire. The PH-B wire stand is motorized and governed never to allow micro wire to overfeed and tangle up. As the forming machine consumes the wire, three lever arms will contract sending a signal to the wire stand to rotate and allow the wire to feed freely into the machine. As the pressure releases the arms relax and a break prevents the carousel from over spinning. This machine is available on all Fu Wei forming equipment and can be purchased as a standalone accessory.
